How to Book

To book with us you do not have to fill in a complicated booking form.  Just contact us by phone or e-mail and we will tell you what information we require.


Initially we will prepare a proposed itinerary or draft invoice with all items costed separately and we will normally send this to you by email as an attached file. Amendments can then be made if necessary.


If you would like to go ahead and book we will let you know what further information we require. Accommodation will be booked first, and then any travel arrangements. Flights are normally booked using your credit or debit card details direct with the airline and so these amounts will not appear on the final invoice.


A few days later (often more quickly) you will receive from us written confirmation with full details of your booking and amounts payable to us.


  • A  deposit will be requested by return which will include any booking fees. This is non-refundable.
  • We will send a final invoice, showing current exchange rates, when the balance is due, either one or two months before departure.
  • Any remaining documentation will be sent to you shortly after we receive the final payment.  You will also receive our Travel Notes with practical advice and answers to most frequently asked questions.
  • Some items may be payable in full on booking, in which case we will send you documentation shortly after we receive payment.
  • A final set of documentation will be sent by post after the final balance has been paid.


If you book early we should be able arrange exactly the accommodation and travel service you want. The later you book the more flexible you will need to be, but it is nearly always possible to book something suitable even at very short notice.


Please note the booking terms and conditions printed on supplier’s web sites which will also apply to bookings made through us. For hotel bookings the standard conditions of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Norway will apply. Further details can be provided on request.



We recommend that all our customers take out insurance in case of unforeseen problems whilst abroad or before departure. Details of our insurance offer will be sent with your booking confirmation. This includes a choice of single trip or annual Personal Insurance and optional Motoring Breakdown Service at very reasonable rates.
